African Leadership Academy will offer expertise in university placement to all of its students. The Academy’s careers office will also utilize its network of mentors and alumni to source professional opportunities in Africa for its university graduates.

University Placement Services

African Leadership Academy will have experienced university placement counsellors on staff. These full-time counsellors will build strong relationships with admissions officers at the world’s premiere universities and will provide personalized support to each student during the university application process. We will ensure that our graduates maximize their chances of gaining admission to and scholarship assistance from the universities that best match their interests and needs.

Alumni Relations and Career Placement

A dedicated alumni department at the Academy will maintain a cohesive network of students, alumni, mentors, donors, and friends. Summer conferences will bring Academy alumni together, and a full-time career counsellor will connect recent university graduates with excellent job opportunities in Africa. Members of the Academy network and online community will share job opportunities across the continent. This pan-African network will collaborate in driving positive change across the continent.
